Return & Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at oakemberinteriors@gmail.com within that period. Please note that, as a dropshipping store, we do not have a physical warehouse to receive returned items. In these cases, we will offer you the following solution:
- A discount coupon for your next purchase, and you keep the item
Return shipping costs, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility unless the reason is our error or a defective product.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos or a short video showing the issue
In these cases, at no additional cost to you, we will offer:
- A reshipment of the correct product
Lost or Significantly Delayed Orders
If your order has no tracking updates or does not arrive within 60 days of the shipping date, we will send you a replacement shipment.
Cases Not Covered
We are unable to process refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- The customer changed their mind after the 14-day withdrawal period
- The tracking number shows the package as delivered (if you believe otherwise, we recommend contacting your local postal service)
- The item was used or damaged by the customer
