SHIPPING POLICY
At Oak & Ember Interiors, we work with international distribution centers to deliver our products anywhere in the world. Our goal is to offer you safe, efficient shipping with real-time tracking.
1.Processing Times
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination. The following estimates reflect standard transit times once the order has been shipped:
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 8–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Rest of the World: 12–22 business days
Note: During peak periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or sales events), carriers may experience slight delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Applicable shipping rates are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.
Please note that tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update in the carrier's system after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
As we operate with global distribution centers, orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the destination country.
- Oak & Ember Interiors is not responsible for these additional charges.
- Any customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid upon delivery if required by local authorities. We recommend checking your country's customs policy if you have any questions.
Orders delivered within the European Union are not subject to additional customs charges.
6. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange a solution. Please note that any costs associated with reshipping due to address errors may be passed on to the customer.
If a package is returned to us because it was not collected from the local post office within the required timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
